Please keep in mind that we do not offer refunds for daily charges, as all 1-day access is recurring according to our terms. The same policy applies to 30-day or 1-month payments, which are also recurring and can be cancelled from the invoice section. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but please understand that our no-refund policy is in place to ensure fairness and consistency for all our users.

2. Our subscriptions are intended for single-person use only and cannot be shared with others. However, we do offer affordable pricing options for multiple subscriptions if you require them. Please note that sharing of accounts or tools is strictly prohibited, and if we detect any such activity, your account may be banned from our service. It is important to keep in mind that a single membership account cannot be used on more than one system, PC, or laptop.

Additionally, using multiple IP logins, RDP, or VPN is not allowed and will result in your account being automatically blocked.

8. We would like to inform you that our Extension does not work with VPN or Proxy, and the use of RDP, VPN, or Proxy to access login is not permitted.
